Win Sing - Rih Rih won unanimous praise by the judging panel of the 2019 FIABCI-Taiwan Real Estate Excellence Awards, receiving the highest honor in 2019 - Excellence Award for Best Construction Quality/Housing and Golden Quality Award for Planning and Design/Housing. Win Sing Chairman Ming-Jing Yeh and General Manager Jenny Yeh attended the 2019 FIABCI-Taiwan Real Estate Excellence Awards Ceremony & Gala Dinner on July 17, 2019 to accept the awards. To achieve the ideal of constructing an environment in addition to the building itself, this project retained all the commercial spaces on the first floor, so that residents and the neighborhood can have a smart and beautiful environment. The interior was also carefully designed with the concept of a micro museum, featuring notable pieces of designer furniture, cutting-edge art, and cultural artifacts from different eras to give each residential and commercial space a refined atmosphere.
