The 11th (2016) FIABCI-Taiwan Real Estate Excellence Awards Ceremony & Gala Dinner was held on June 17, 2016 at the Taipei International Convention Center, organized by FIACBI-Taiwan to select outstanding architectural works and talent in the public and private sectors. In previous years, Win Sing - AIT has received three awards, i.e., Best Planning and Design, Best Construction Quality, and Best Management and Maintenance. This year, it also won the highest honor of the 2016 FIACBI-Taiwan Real Estate Excellence Awards - the Comprehensive Achievement Award. Another project, Win Sing - Xinyi, also won the Excellence Award for Best Construction Quality. Win Sing is honored and overjoyed to receive this double win!
Chairman Ming-Jing Yeh said, “Thank you, judges, for your recognition and approval of Win Sing’s four decades of hard work and dedication to quality. Also, thank you, everyone, for supporting Win Sing’s efforts in elevating aesthetics! This honor belongs to all employees and subcontractors that worked on these two projects, as well as friends that supported us and gave us advice along the way. Win Sing believes that epoch-making architecture consists in works of art that add to cultural depth and urban character. Architecture must be rooted in the understanding of the land and everyday aesthetics in order to create works that touch people's hearts. In the future, mankind, architecture, and the environment will be inseparable. As architects, we will continue to maintain our passion, and work hard to create living spaces and lifestyles that are closer to people’s hearts.
